DESCRIPTION
Ready-to-use dNTP (dATP, dTTP, dCTP, dGTP, dUTP) solutions are available as tetrasodium salts for use in DNA polymerization reactions and all DNA labeling and sequencing processes.
PURITY
95% purity by HPLC.
STORAGE CONDITION
dNTPs are stable at -20°C in a constant-temperature freezer. Avoid multiple freeze/thawing. For long term usage it is recommended to aliquote the nucleotides.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality controlled by HPLC for maximum purity and minimal di- and monophosphate content. All batches tested in standard labelling reactions.
